Bumper Sticker

My son Dean is going to be out of beta in just over 3 months and I've got some preparing to do. I've never understood why parent stick the crap bumper stickers about their six year olds making the honor list in a grade where bladder control is part of the curriculum. So I decided to make some stickers that I would be proud to brag about to the world. And since my child will grow up playing games that build character (and OCD) they would look like this;

This is awesome. I saw this on the daily what, I hope you don't mind if I blog it.

My child is about to go into rev. B. She'll have all new teeth and improved voice input recognition as well as upgraded voice output with improved vocabulary.

I came across this randomly on some random site thing and thought it was pretty awesome. I'm almost tempted to borrow the concept and piece together a few of my own for some of my other favorite games (if I do, I'll show you). Anyway, just thought I'd leave you a note saying I like what you've done. :)

Thanks for the kind comments guys, I'm glad you like em. I have a few extras but I didn't post them so later this week I will fix em up a bit.

If you make any drop me a line, I'd love to see them!

I'll look into actually making some physical stickers and post em here!

There was this old poster in my counsellor's office in high school that said "The Geek Shall Inherit the Earth".

As a major geek in highschool, I could only wish. Now, my wish has come true because the geeks are PROCREATING.

I love it. I hope to see your stickers all over the place.

Sadly, I never understood why parents put Terrific Kid and Honor Roll bumper stickers on their cars (usually it is the minivans) either.

Even wilder, I like (no, LOVE) this idea, but I want to submit one of my own:

"My child never used a Jugem's Cloud to skip World 3-3 in Super Mario Bros. 3"

Geeky, but delightful.

Yeah, my kid plays way too many video games, but I'm always secretly proud when he beats them.

If you had these for sell now, I would have purchased the Mario one on impulse. Good work.

Speaking as a mom of an LD child, I think the production of these bumper stickers is necessary. My son will probably never excel in conventional education but he does in gaming.

Bumper stickers like these will give me a more vocal way of being proud of accomplishments he makes that no one but us sees.

Man, was he proud of that -- and so was I.

When you have those stickers, it really shows how both you and your kid loves video games. They show that you're proud enough to show it to all the bros out there! BTW, I love the one with the Rockman/Megaman reference, though I hope you make one with Airman in it.

Sweet! Do you have a version that says "My son/daughter and I both..." If you put in more details from the game (like Super Mario mushrooms) that would be awesome!

Nice blog sharing the information about the bumper stickers. By using custom bumper stickers you can express your sense of humor, your frustrations and even your political views has become very popular.

I discovered this arbitrarily on some arbitrary site thing and thought it had been truly magnificent. I'm nearly enticed to obtain the idea and sort out several my own one of a kind for a couple of my other most loved games (on the off chance that I do, I'll show you). Anyway, I just idea I'd leave you a note saying I lean toward what you've done.
