If you encounter a Predator.
Finally saw Predators and I must say I am disappointed, I really expected to hate it. The movie is actually pretty decent and fun. I wouldn't call it perfect, but after the last 3 turds it is a mighty phoenix in the Predators canon. I made this for people who find themselves falling from the sky after being kidnapped by and intergalactic hunters.

Sketch: These aren't the droids you are looking for.
"Help me Obi Wan you're my only...why does it keep grinding like that? This stupid thing is broken!"

Red Skull + Mephisto
Two things I hate, nazis and demons so what a better villain for Captain America than Red Skull. I have always wanted a Mignola flavored Captain America comic where he would pit Cap against the Red Skull who uses the nazi occult obsession to raise Mephisto and team up.

Samurai Punisher
I've always been a fan of 90's ninja-exploitation in comics and thought I'd give it my own shot.
Norio was a samurai of honest and pure intentions fending his village from the blight of the Dragon's Tail ninjas who sought control of his beloved town. Through countless nights he fought and returned to his loving wife and child until the indelible blade of fate struck down his family and village while he was on patrol. The shogun offered no vengeance and denied any such attempt to which Norio was submissive until he unearthed the shogun's true motives. Norio's own friends and samurais had committed the slayings under the shogun's orders, his plan was to merge with the Tail and form his own clan, the Dragon's Head. When it was discovered that Norio had learned the truth he was marked for death. Now Norio must do battle with his own clan and the dreaded ninja clan to reclaim his honor and rewrite history with the brush of the blade.

B&P Surf City!
Well Inception burned me out completely with its awesomeness. I left the theater feeling like my brain went through the rinse cycle on towels and jeans mode. So I decided to do a quick sketch from an old idea I had of my beloved 80's wear, T&C Surf CO. (the NES game sucked horribly though).

3d meets 1d
Poor Mike wont even be able to experience the best 3d movie ever, Monsters Inc. 2. I am a bit of a Pixar fanboy and can't wait for the sequel to my favorite Pixar film. Btw, the movie they are watching is Kindergarten Cop.

"Little" Red Riding Hood
Based on a true Team Fortress 2 story, I had the intel nearly to our desk before a blu spy dressed as a spy (dang his arrogance) killed me only to have a heroic woodsman/pyro axe the spy a question midtaunt.

Captain Redesign
I saw a post at Super Punch for a Captain America Redesign on the Internet which was created by Kevin Bacon.
I wanted to revise the suit but keep the basic cap feel, just add a bit more like it evilved from a WWII soldier's uniform including a helmet that has a built in computer for targeting and lots of flashy cg menus in the mirrored visor, much like Iron Man's helmet. I took a captain's bars and reformed them a bit to look more like an "A" and redid the star logo to incorporate the eagle and flag. Then I put him on a bike (not pictured) and added lens flare all around him like Michael Bay on speed.

A bad place to park a Tardis.
I wonder is a sonic screwdriver can get out stains.
Man, I had never seen Dr. Who until a few months ago and have been consuming episodes at a rabid pace. I'd wish for an American version, but they'd probably get Andy Dick for the Dr.

The real phantom menace
Or should that be the real Phantom Limb? Anyhoo, I never liked the fact that Luke got his hand replaced, especially when what it was replaced with was arguably better than the original. Seriously, if I could replace my body parts with a better non-aging part then all I'd have left is a head. It removes the consequence of losing a limb and nullifies the power that the battle scene held. If it were up to me I would have had him overcome the disability, gradually where his hand used to be would be replaced by a hand made of pure force.

The new WWF: Words With Friends
I think I need a break from Words With Friends. This is a direct interpretation of my imagination from when I pulled off "Jeez" on a tw and tl for 129 points. I clutched the iphone like a mic and screamed my rant. For some reason my wife was not impressed.

Street Fighter Anniversary Edition
I have fond memories of waiting in line at Maxwell Pizza waiting for a game of Street Fighter on the cabinet. I endured the stomach tickling arrangement of burnt pizza and BO to throw my quarter down and reserve my spot to play the most gorgeous fast paced game I had ever seen. I had the chance recently to replay the original SF at a local BK Subs and thought I'd relive the glory days only to find that the fast paced game I had loved was replaced by slow moving pixel art roughly the resolution of an animated gif. Things had not aged well, however I'm sure the game could retort that I hadn't either.
